By accessing and using the TrustyHealth website and TrustyHealth Wellness Program, including https://www.trusty-health.com, https://portal.trusty-health.com, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected to TrustyHealth, PC, hereinafter known as "the School/Website or the Site," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in the School/Wellness Program are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

The information provided on the School, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images, videos, training materials, and any other material, is for educational and entertainment purposes only. 5. Refund Policy

Although we are confident that you will benefit immensely from our wellness programs, we offer a 7-day, partial money-back guarantee for your purchase of our online wellness programs, including the Weight Loss/Anti-aging program and the Comprehensive Holistic Recovery protocol. We want you to feel confident in your decision to enroll, and this policy gives you a full week from your purchase date to explore the course content. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within seven (7) calendar days of your original purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed for the full purchase price, less a 10% processing fee. This fee covers our administrative and transaction costs and ensures we can continue to provide high-quality course material. To initiate a partial refund request, please send an email to our support team at info@trusty-health.com with the subject line "Partial Refund Request for [Your Course Name]." Please include your full name and the email address used for enrollment.

Upon receiving your request and verifying that it falls within the 7-day window, your access to the course will be revoked. The partial refund will then be processed within 10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that partial refunds will not be issued for requests received after the 7-day period. 

By purchasing any of our wellness programs, you agree to this refund policy. We believe in our programs and want you to feel confident in your decision to learn with us.  

6. Limitations

In no event shall TrustyHealth be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized person of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrustyHealth, PC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the website using your Internet account.

Additionally, TrustyHealth, PC shall not be held responsible for any performance or service problems caused by any third-party website or service provider, including any software or systems that you have signed up for and entered into contract with those third-party service providers. Furthermore, TrustyHealth, PC reserves the right to limit or terminate your use of any part of our website, services or courses, if it deems this necessary, if it is determined that you have violated any aspect of our Terms of Use or any rules of the company. This decision to terminate or limit access to any of our content, products or services can be made at our sole discretion. 

8. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

10. Site Terms of Use Modifications

The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

11. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
