Comprehensive Holistic Recovery (6 Months)
This is a self-paced, guided, physiology-based detox and metabolic reset program designed to help your body recover from inflammation, hormone disruption, and metabolic stress. We begin with a guided 4-week detox and weight-loss phase that focuses on stabilizing blood sugar, calming inflammation, restoring gut and liver function, and resetting appetite hormones like insulin and GLP-1. We also emphasize emotional eating, food addiction, and stress regulation so that energy, clarity, and natural appetite regulation can return.
From there, we transition into the full 7 week program that provides deeper support for chronic health patterns such as chronic fatigue, metabolic dysfunction, autoimmune disorders, cancer, IBS, PCOS, etc. Rather than chasing symptoms, we focus on root causes, education, and long-term resilience. This program complements—not replaces—your medical care, helping you build lasting biological resilience and take an active role in your long-term health.
